Because coffee and tea are perishable, we're unable to accept returns on them. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there's an issue with your order or we made a mistake, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, we'd love to help you find something you'll love in every cup.

Apparel (Tees, Hoodies & Sweatshirts, Hats & Caps)

We're happy to accept returns or exchanges on defective or unworn apparel. We may ask for a photo of any defective or damaged item to share with our team. We cannot accept returns on worn or washed clothing. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date. For assistance reach out to our contact page.

Mugs & Non-Coffee Items

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective, unused, or transit-damaged items. If your mug or gear arrived damaged, a photo of the item and the packaging if applicable helps us follow up with our shipping partners. We're unable to accept returns on items that are used and in working condition. Please initiate all returns within 30 days of purchase.
